Florida Man confirmed had his brain-ticked! In a bizarre accident this man was found in ditch in a delirium. He responded to food and water, but uttered no words. He died 20 minutes later. Autopsy reports suggest it was due to a strange and uncommon brain-tickling incident . His family has made no comment on the matter.
